OSR OSR Inclusive? What's in a name?

You really should visit the OSR discord. This "rising toxicity" in OSR is not found there. I'm not saying that it's perfect but... where are you seeing this?

As an aside, 'chromatic' in music means using all twelve notes in the scale, rather than seven at a time as in major or minor key. So if you wanted to work in musical metaphors you could do that too.

So being an OSR-style game it's going to be pretty lethal, right? Right? ;)

If yes, then the name might play on this a bit; as in death everyone's equal. A few off-the-cuff ideas:

Grave Fortunes. (or, Graves and Fortunes? Graves and Glories? Either way, 'GM' in this game would stand for Grave Master :) )
One Fate. (or, DOFFA - Death: One Fate For All?)

Thinking about it, for all that I could get behind Graves and Glories for any OSR system.

Saving throws stay true to AD&D, as do level drain, and nasty things like rot grubs and green slimes (not the watered down "not monsters but hazards now" that is 5e ;)

The math is a bit more intuitive, dead levels are gone for the most part, and alignment has been really streamlined and has less impact, but as far as lethality, yes.
