No, Global is a web hosting service, not an internet provider. Slight difference. The guy was running a website that generated the bandwidth, it's not his personal bandwidth he used surfing.

If only this poor guy would have found ProHosting.....

they give 15 Gigs bandwith a month on all their plans....and if you go over....its a Flat 5 dollars per extra GIG!!!

They've been my host for the past year now...and I haven't experienced any problems/downtime at all.....and their customer service and tech support is knowledgable and quick.....

and with plans at $17.95 (200mb space), $34.95 (400mb space), and $99.95 (1500mb space)....you can't go wrong....
