Do you know if Blacktalon comics is still open?, I have been trying to contact Derek about a missing order for the last four months and I didn't get any answer from him.

I do not know...he has not updated his main page since the end of July. He has a phone number listed, give him a buzz, he is a nice guy.

You think four months is bad. I have had a book I ordered from him last year that he still has yet to mail, despite repeated requests. I have finally just given up on him, though I have not gotten a refund either.

Last year I was having some problems with Derek and mentioned it to Paladin who mentioned it to Derek - result - I got what I ordered after a delay. I gave Derek another chance, knowing he had family problems. This time it’s been a year with no service. It doesn’t seem right to have to go through a friend of Derek’s everytime your order from him in order to get him to send you what you order. I have purposely not tried to get a hold of Paladin to get a hold of Derek because that sort of thing will end up straining their friendship if done too often and I did not want to do that to Paladin who has provided me with excellent service when I have ordered from him.

Its a FLGS in brooklyn, opened a year ago. Any sales you can push in that direction would greatly help the store grow as something other then a place for magic and heroclix brats.

email its owner ashv@kingsgames.com and tell him arthur sent you. He's more then willing to take out of state orders.

He was even willing to contact a friend with a comic book store in Mass, so i could get my fix of thundercats comics.

The only book i've had to wait for was AU and thats because the distributor ran out.

I hope you guys give him a shot.
