We (NZ) are likely to lose what, 4 points? All for not wanting to play in some volatile armpit of the African continent.

Also playing in lands like Zimbabwe brings the whole cup into disrepute.

I think South Africa may be the team to beat Australia for the cup. NZ will lose on points. Australia look a tough side and have to be the side to beat.
