I knew I should've bought this when I saw it online a few months ago! Instead, I bookmarked the cafe express web site and now . . . its gone

Can anyone help? Do you know where I can get this fab wear? For some reason I'm thinking Dr. Midnight was associated with this, but I don't know if that was true or not.
