On a whim I typed in
http://www.runequest.com/
and it took me to Hasbro's homepage. Does Hasbro own the rights to the Runequest game, and if so why isn't there a web page for it? Or is this a case of domain name Cybersquatting? And if so, couldn't they at least point it to the WoTC site?!

Yes Hasbro got the rights when they bought Avalon hill!
