No. I'm pretty sure that was Krull (not to be confused with Kull, The Conqueror starring Kevin Sorbo). Krull was a weird mix of sci-fi and fantasy. There was Neeson as a wizard, a cyclops (who could see into the future, but only his own death), flying horses, and I think the guy from Murphy Brown was in it, too (just like S&S).

Yeah, it's defintely Krull because I just remembered that the cyclops (cyclopses?) made a deal with the alien Beast (the villain of Krull) to give up one of their eyes to see the future...and he screwed them.

Of course, I have no idea what he did with all those eyes.

Omigod! I thought that Frank Fontaine looked familiar!

Also, I think that Liam was a guy with an axe; I'll have to check my copy (a good excuse to lust after the hothot Lysette Anthony, whom I (loosely) based an NPC on. Yum!)

One more thing; the witch-woman (apparently named ''Woman'') in Hawk was played by Patricia Quinn, who portrayed ''Magenta'' of Rocky Horror Picture Show fame. She also appered in a DOCTOR WHO and in I, Claudius.

[Edit: I hate my keyboard.]

I own it... On DVD... It's not my fault... It was 4 dollers in the bargin bin at Future Shop. I made my girlfriend watch it with me that night... She was more convinced than ever that I'm compleately insane.

Of course this same girl has the orriginal Optimus Prime Transformer and spent the better part of a week hunting around various Wal-Marts so she could get her hands on The Todd McFarlain Twins action figures from the Matrix 2... We're geeks, we know... Kinda strange though seeing as how I've never convinced her to play D&D.

So there you go Halivar, you just need to find a girl like that. They're few and far between but they do exsist.

Personally, I'm LITERALLY green with envy right now. Moreso than usual I'd KILL for an original Optimus Prime figure!

Oh well. I'm fine with making do with the anniversary Optimus Prime.

That's not painted, yet. Somebody colored the picture, so this is what he's likely to look like when he's released.

It was Krull, but Liam Neeson did not play the wizard, he played one of the lesser characters, basically a band of 'merry men'. Remember, this was 1983, and Liam had years to go before he became he would break it big in Schindler's List in 1993. Heck, this was the first time he actually played a character with a name.:)
