[OT] Iconic characters in sports teams

Right. For the second time...

I was thinking about 11 iconic characters = 11 players in a soccer team, and wondered about which character in which position?

So:

GK - Rogue
Defense - Cleric, Fighter, Wizard
Midfield - Ranger, Paladin, Bard, Sorceror, Druid
Attack - Barbarian, Monk

The formation is kind of like this:

Ranger------------------------Druid
----------Paladin---Sorceror
--------------Bard
------Barbarian---Monk

What about other sports? Or even a wrestling card? Throw it around, have fun with it!

Well, I'd say that in American Football, the Paladin would be the quarterback, leading the troops down the field into the heart of enemy territory.

And in baseball, the Paladin would be the pitcher.
