One thing I find is that music can help to cheer me up when I'm feeling down. Sad music makes me sad, happy music cheers me up, etc. For that, you should try going to http://launch.yahoo.com where you can personalize your internet radio for the kind of songs you want to hear, but not the same things over and over like a CD would do.

Or just listen to a CD you like. Either way, give it a try.
