Ahh, I do so love Drew Struzan. Man that guy's cool.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Absolutely! He also did the boxcover art for Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine, as well as countless other projects.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp You can read LucasArts.com's recent interview with Struzan here. :)

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp About a month or so to go for the PC and Xbox versions, and about two months to go for the Playstation 2 version!

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Dammit, the PC version of this game has been delayed until March.

&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp Apparently, though, the Xbox demo disc of this game is available now.

Yes it is, on this month's Official Xbox Magazine DVD. I've played it, and it's pretty fun. It's from the same team that designed the Buffy The Vampire Slayer game, with more variety and a more colorful palette. It's clearly more of an action game than a puzzle game, and if you're looking for 'Atlantis', you'd best look elsewhere. This is clearly a rock'em-sock'em "slugging it out on the top of the tank" sort of game.

Personally, I enjoyed the heck out of grabbing some poor thug by the shirt, lifting him up and popping him with a manly right hook...but that's just me. Indy is definitely more agile and versatile this time out than previous incarnations, but all the tropes are there (i.e. swinging from the whip, climbing, swimming, and ancient cities to plunder).

My only complaint from my brief exposure to the demo was the clipping errors I saw, which are forgivable, if not thrilling. Me, I liked it, but if you're looking for an adventure game, you're going to be sorely disappointed, methinks. Personally, considering how badly Lucasarts tends to mess up most StarWars license games, I'll take the general overall quality of almost all of the Indy games. I rarely feel like the soul is leaving my body while playing them...something I can't say about for all but three Star Wars games (namely Empire for the Atari, Dark Forces, and Jedi Knight II).

What? Didn't you play any of the X-wing games? What about Super Star Wars and Super ESb for the SNES?

These games belong at the top of andy Star Wars games that don't suck list.

Hey considering it's time and location maybe this is the adventure where Indi finds the remains of "evil chinese dudes" ancestors in the begining of temple of doom.

My only thing about Indi(not game related) is that someone aught to burn in hell for all eternity for not putting the movies out on DVD yet.

I never played the SNES games. I did play X-Wing (and it's many repeats), and you're right, that should have been on the list. But the ratio still holds. :)

I'd rather wait until Lucas can really contribute to the releasal, and they have lots of goodies on them. I'm guessing a full-on digital treatment to improve it might occur. I'd rather they did it right the first time, as opposed to releasing it just to release it.

That said, if the release it and there's nothing much different than the alread released VHS copies, then they'll need to be taken behind the woodshed. :D

I feel the same way about the original Star Wars movies, I'd rather wait and have it done right the first time. Of course the people who want them (Indy or SW) now are probably the same ones who would complain when a new version is released 3-5 years later wiht more stuff.

It's not like its been 6 months since a Raiders movie came out or the original star wars. Its been quite a few years, if they couldn't of done it right by now there exceedingly incompetent. And honestly for star wars considering how bad the changes and new movies have been do you really want him to make it "right" before he releases them on DVD. Freakin greddo shootin first my god the man must of suffered brain damage or something.
