That reminds me of the story where someone stole a bunch of garden gnomes out of this elderly couple's front yard. They hadn't heard anything, and assumed it was some neighborhood kids, and then one day they started getting letters from their gnomes - from Paris, from Rome, from all over Europe, with pictures of the gnome in front of the Eiffel Tower, the Parthenon, etc. Turns out, some photographers took them with him on his tour of Europe for some kind of photo shoots he was doing, and thought it'd be funny.
 

I wonder when he's going to do something with the website. I notice that a guy named "Thom" from Minneapolis has mrlittleguy.com registered, but there's nothing there.

Someone did this with one of those pink yard flamingoes, too, if I remember correctly.
