Great story! Cute kids! Humongous son! (I bet he's got well more than six inches on my 7-year old.) Is that Carlsbad, I'm guessing? I haven't been there in close to 15 years, but I loved it. I've been trying to talk my wife into the trip, especially now that my folks live in Lubbock and are only an hour and a half or so away from it.

I guess if I'd read first, I'd have known it's the cave with no name in Boerne Texas. Which, even though I lived there for more than 25 years, I've never heard of. Hill country, you say? Is it near San Antone? Sorta?

Boerne is about 10 miles north or so of San Antonio.
