I think you are joking, but "Arcueid Brunestud" isn't Japanese.
Ii is just arbitrary coined foreign sound name.
Some (Japanese) people speculate the origine of "Arcueid" as reverse spelling or anagramed form of "Dracula", but this theory seems flowed obviously when written in alphabet. And, the scriptwriter clearly denyed it.

Yes, he looks really cool.
And he is a very nasty foe in story.
His body is consisted of 666 beast and he summons them for attack. He slaoughtered all guests and staffs of the biggest hotel in only half hour...
If you kill sommoned beasts, they simply bring back to his body.

As gematria, his name can be interpret as following.

These numbers are sumed up to "666". He is "Nero" Chaos.

I think Hitsui and Nohaku look too much alike. In my mind, Hitsui looks like a maid, which would be an interesting choice to take in a fighting game of vampires.

Hisui and Kohaku are twins, so they looks almost identical.
And both of them are maids in Tohno family.
Melty Blood has several story lines, and one of them is slapstick comedy. The twins appear as combatant only there.

middle atack: x
strong atack: c

n and z works as "decision",
m and x works as "cancel".

I know you need comand code to deliver special atacks, but it is too many.
Try "236+atack" ,"623+atack","41236+atack" or "22+atack".
Some of them might work.

By the way, I think this game (and Tsukihime)may be a great setting for D20 modern...
