*shrug* We cannot forget what we never knew in the first place, Colonel. I've never frequented a WOTC usenet channel, where Sigil says the thing came from.

Neither have I, but Skurge appeared in what Eric links to above - guidelines for writing for Dungeon. Not just in a pdf, but on the website too (there was also a gnome, but I forget his name) He was an early WotC NPC, and helped people get a clearer idea of what 3e was like.

Might you be referring to Mulroony? He's a gnome Bbn12/Rog6.

Heheh! I remember Skurge...was lurking at the boards way back when....

Even worse, I remember thinking, "Holy Crap! He's Unstoppable!"

Ah, what a few years will do to one's memories...

Oh, and Whatever happened to Imish...I ran him in the Dungeon Delve at Gencon 2000...and got smacked by a giant...that board of Iconic's Deaths was great...

Although apparently only about half a dozen of us that were there are here in the ENWorld community. I recognize Enrious and Eric, but that seems to be it. Sadly, the worship of Skurge Dwarfbane, demigod of war, appears to be dying out. *sniff*

SKUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURRRRRGGGGE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Acknowledge me, dammit, I'm IMPORTANT!

Wow, Time sure seems different on the net. It's sad that so few of us remember Skurge. I wonder where everyone when. I partisipated in at least one Skurging of a thread. I sure miss those NNTP boards, I wish they had worked, much better system than the builiten board style.

SKUUUUUURGE!

I'll bet if you looked over at Nutkinland, you might find quite a few more "Skuurgers."

P.S. I'll let this die now - I was just curious about something. :)
