Yup, it sure is.

I'm closing this though. It's got nothing to do with gaming and it doesn't have anywhere good it can go. When a topic is as emotionally charged as the sniper slayings (or the terrorist act in Bali, or... or...), please be cautious about posting on it here. Especially when it is "noodling and dissecting" the event instead of reporting new news.
