Emirikol, I'd say that your opinion has been noted. Now that you've taken care of that, let the moderators moderate.

And as for this not being CNN, I agree. But when important news events take place, folks tend to post about them here. I, for one, am glad for this phenomenon. Two years ago yesterday, ENWorld was my source for ongoing info about what was happening. Good luck trying to log onto CNN that day.

I suggest that you just ignore threads that you have no interest in. If it means you must scroll down a bit further on the page, deal with it.

THIS IS NOT A SOUNDING BOARD FOR THE DEAD or DYING.

jh

Oddly enough I didn't see you crosspost over in the Nine Eleven thread, nor a few other OT posts of a related nature. You have the freedom to not enter the thread. No one forced you to come into this one, nor any others, now please take your self-centred insensitivity away and let those of us who ARE interested be here for our Swedish friends who are not only mourning a great servant of their people, but also the loss of some of Sweden's innocence.

Thanks.

Still, this doesn't belong here unless it is somehow related to "General RPG discussion."

Multiple mods have read this thread said simply "keep the country bashing out of it". I think the matter is closed, Emirikol. The mods have spoken, and have said it's fine.

Go away.

And posting obits to attempt to rudely drive home a point that no one agreed with was tasteless.

My heart goes out to Sweden... The murder of anyone is horrible. The murder of a political figure is horrible to everyone.

That isn't known yet but a reporter from the danish national tv just happened to be shopping with his wife when it happened, which makes him an eye witness, and he reported that the act and the man who did it looked professional and cold blooded.

I would take that with a HUGE grain of salt. Said Danish reporter isn't likely to be an expert on what a "professional & cold blooded" murder looks like.
