[OT, Valentine's Day] What are you doing for your sweety?

Nifft said:
My sweety's sick today, and will probably be home sick tomorrow too. :(

So, I'll most likely miss an opportunity for quality romance and nookie.

Well, you could bring flowers, help care for your sick sweetie, bring movies to watch, do chores for your sweetie...romantic things like that to show that you really care

So when your sweetie does get better...your sweetie will be able to show you some real quality romance and nookie.

Well as long as you give her flowers(or whatever she considers as romantic) and spend quality affection time with her on days other than holidays, then a bread machine isn't so bad.

However, if the holidays are the only time you give her something special, then yeah it does suck to just get equipment, no matter how useful.

My wife has decided that there will be no quality nookie for us until Valentines Day.

Unfortunatly, she made that decision Saturday night. :(

hehe a little weird to announce it...

maybe she just wants to build up the anticipation...its always fun to tease and flirt and seduce...makes it even better when it does happen

I wish! She's a busy little thing.

A relaxing massage is always nice for a busy little thing. I know I always appreciate it...and if after the massage I get some energy back...then quality nookie! But usually I'm so tired from long workdays that I just snuggle up and fall asleep.

Well, not quite true. There are also people (men and women) who are just into the whole mushy V-Day thing, yes they know it's a silly holiday but they don't care, and while they will be okay with it if you don't like V-Day....

True there are those that are just mushy...however I know more women who don't get enough than those who do get it all year round plus the extra special on V'Day.

Thankfully for me, I'm the latter one! ;)

I am one of those people who dislike the Valentine's Day. The reason for this is that it has never been part of the culture of my country, but is now becoming that at a rapid pace. Of course, I do not mean to show disrespect to your culture and I certainly have nothing against Americans, Australians, Brits and people from many other nations celebrating this holiday, but I wish it did not catch on in my country. We have too many holidays already - birthdays, naming days, Christmass, Easter, Three Kings, you name it! :(

Half joking, ;) but still genuinely concerned with the rapid change in our culture. :(
