Anyone ever seen Manos: Hands of Fate? Mystery Science Theatre 3000 did its thing on this movie, and it's a real piece of crap.
Well, anyway, I had a dream this morning, and like most dreams, it meandered quite a bit, but the basic theme was that a woman was being chased through the streets of a city by two zombies that had been sent from the house that is in Manos. She kept trying to get the attention of drivers, but no one would help until she got into a tunnel. Then, a cop shows up, and the cop arrests the zombies. Then, the woman kinda fades out of the dream, and I'm there, shouting that they have to stop the weirdo who sent the zombie after us.
And then Piratecat shows up. Not the kitty in his sig, but the actual guy, Kevin Kulp. He's supposedly working with Manos, and I notice him as he's sneaking up with a big, 3-foot long tire iron (even though it just looks like a huge wrench). I yell for help, and he just shrugs sheepishly and tosses the tire iron to the cops and runs. I chase him back down the tunnel, and he pulls another tire iron off the wall of the tunnel, and I tell him to bring it on, since I'm willing to kick some butt now.
I get the tire iron out of his hands, and I ask the cop how much I'd be fined if I began beating up his car, but then I decide against it, because I realize it's not worth it. And then I feel really bad, because hey, it was Piratecat, and I almost messed up his car. I try to play it off that I was just joking, and Piratecat just grins back at me. I'm not sure if he was accepting my apology, or threatening to kill me.
