Haven't the slightest why Internet Explorer and Microsoft Outlook Express aren't in the top three, much less the top ten. Maybe because they're stickied?

They are stuck there. I know there is a way to change them, you can change them, but I don't remember how at this time.

Oh, no, I like them stuck to my start menu (and I know how to turn it off anyways: right-click on the start button and hit properties, customize, voila)! I'm just wondering if they don't show up in the top ten because they're stickied.

Note: just unstickied IE and Outlook Express. They don't show up in the top ten (which is ridiculous, I use both of them all the time).
