Depends what feats do, doesn't it?

Has this been your experience in SW Saga?

Jedi never seem to have enough Feats...

Cheers, -- N

I'd have to look over my notes again, but when I was working on the S&S Saga stuff, I noticed that a few of the classes only have a handful of feats on their Bonus Feats list. And as you get one every other level, it struck me that you might run out of feats before you ran out of levels, unless you started getting a lot of Skill Training / Skill Focus (which admittedly may be the idea).

Gneech ---

Really nice job on that Swords & Sorcery SAGA. Wish I had a chance to try it out, but the gaming opportunities are few and far between lately.

I use SAGA to run my pulp Masked Alliance 1930s mystery men/super heroes game. I allow a few feats from Mutatns and masterminds, and allow talents to buy M&M powers if there doesn't seem to be a better way to buy them, and is working fine. I find Black Bat, Captain Lightning, Crime Hunter, the Human Rocket, Mystara and her Magical Menagerie and Yeoman have exactly the Saturday Morning Serial feel I wanted when they face down Ghengis Ceasar or the Shadow Syndicate.

I also created a "goon" thug class with no steps on the condition track and no level bonus to saving throws. It works greak for mooks.

I am not aware of anything I would describe as d20 Modern Saga. Of course, it could be progressing without me. And, for that matter, if I was working on it I wouldn't be able to talk about it.

I do hope for a d20 Modern reboot at some point, but I'm not aware of any news on that front.

Say, would you happen to know if there's a d20 Modern SAGA in the works?
That would be something I'd be interested in. :)

I keep thinking about doing a Star Frontiers conversion, but never get round to it.
