D&D 4E Other than criticals, will there still be ways to multiply damage output in 4E?

Now it might be just my imagination, but there seems to be a noticeable divide in damage output of combat builds whether or not the build has a way to get it’s damage multiplied in some manner or another;

Power attack’s x2 for damage with a 2 hander
Charging from a mount’s x2 or x3 with spirited charge and lance
Leap attack’s boosting of power attack
Frenzied berserker boosting power attack to x3 or even x4
Cavalier’s x4 or x5 with a lance charge

are some of the ones I know about. But I got to thinking, will things like these be part of 4e?

Maybe - maybe not.

We didn't here those things are out or in either!

Maybe if someone is bloodied, she can make use of increased dmg output but on the other hand there might be people who can do x2/x3 dmg against bloodied targets...I think I'm on fire...

Desperation moves might be kinda cool, though too videogamey for my tastes {this from the guy with sprites in his sig...].

I am suspecting the barbarian rage will be gain a big bonus when bloodied. Kinda like the PHB2 varient, but a lot less sucky. 1/2 HP is a bit more than 5 x barbarian class levels.
