Freaking hilarious. The ridiculously over the top gore. The backlit sidekicking pastor ("This calls for divine intervention..."). The zombie baby, the uncle hacking up a pile of zombies in accelerated speed, the gooey (no pun intended) love story, the aforementioned intestines. And of course: The Lawnmower. Not to mention some photographic tricks that Jackson reuses in LOTR.

Ah yes the Priest - definitely one of the funniest moments in the movie when he says "I kick arse... for the Lord!" before the actual demonstration. There should be more kung-fu priests...

And as I read through the thread I was hoping someone would mention the lawnmower!
