Thanks again for the good wishes.

I went to see the surgeon today and have my throat checked up on. No bad news, thankfully! The vocal cords have healed nicely, and the polyp was benign (not cancerous). Very happy about that.

My voice still isn't 100% better, but it's much better than what it was; it was tending towards completely absent before, which made things very difficult for me as a DM of 3 games.
