Kamael has rope, so that is an alternative method. CB - would this be easier than crawling across the ladder or would it still require a DC12-13 Athletics check to crawl along a horizontal rope?

On the other hand, at the first sign of monsters behind the door, Kamael is going to run like hell away and make a running jump across the stream, so the planning may be moot!

I've been waiting for someone to suggest the use of the rope. Using the rope will mean you cross the ladder without needing a check. I may do a roll to see if someone falls in and has to be hauled out via the rope, but we can keep that narrative.

Is it going to be a short rest followed by movement, or a long rest? Re: a default watch order, I expect Solace and Turvey might like to take a turn together. She's taken a shine to Turvey, who's in the process of taking a shine to her. Two-hour watches would get you a long rest:
