Frank of Zootburg was one of ”Crumb’s Boys” recruited in Verdun for the “dragon-hunt” in the Kingdom of Gothanius. He found out about the means of getting your conscription deferred from Malcolm Mac-Duligh, as he waited to see the conscription council. He and his brother (see below) later formed a required group of five with Carlos, Finn and Josef.

Frank is Gwar’s fraternal twin brother. They are two of four brothers and two sisters, but they were always closer to each other than to their other siblings.

Frank grew up outside of the town of Zootsburg (on the western edge of the Herman Land inner reach), learning to tend flocks from his father and older brother (along with Gwar). He was always the stronger one, and looked out for his brother who is three minutes younger than he is.

Frank is friendly, helpful, but not overly brave (except to save his brother). He would look for a way to avoid or overcome a conflict rather than fighting. Despite, his recent level of warrior, he still doesn’t know much about armor and weapons and what might work for him. He uses a short bow, because Gwar showed him how.

He has become good friends with Finn and Carlos, but doesn’t trust Josef. Among his goals for life is to be granted some land, so he can settle down raise sons and sheep and goats. He is slightly envious of Gwar’s girl.
