Outer Planar High [Almost OT]

Good call, mr. Five. Though one or two fallen celestials and 'risen' fiends aren't out of the question. Anything with a neutral disposition is probably allowed. Now, for students, we have young celestials, larval fiends, single-HD godlings.

What Else? Seelie Court Fey? Children of Faction Members or Native Mortals?

Hehehe. You could use classed Outsiders, epic level mortals, and assorted proxies. After all, they need to be able to smack around the students if they don't behave. "Direct servants of powers" are allowed in Sigil just fine; only real deities are forbidden (and even single-HD godlings, I'm afraid). Yeah, all of these guys have better things to do, but the whole idea is mostly comedic anyway, so you could as well ignore some bit of restrictive logic.

Let me introduce the Rilmani Rehabilitation Institute. Here, outsiders of all kinds and stripe are brought and educated to adopt a neutral behavior, and a mortal's point of view. Created by a team of rogue rilmani who believe that if the aligned ones were less exalted and absolute, the balance would be less frequently upset, this special establishement combine a carceral political rehabilitation center with a high school/university.

All is fun and game, with vrocks and avorals playing squidsquish (a popular sport where several teams try to grab an air element squid and squish it against another party's wall), ultraviolent rivalry between the various Departments (beware of the Orange Modrons, they are mean bullies, despite liking Beethoven), and a ruthless thought police that don't hesitate to feed "too reluctant patients" to the astral dreadnought.

And people mutter that Director Fumblebore is the Lady of Pain's ex...

I'd agree that gods and their quasi-deitic servants aren't allowed. But even a god's kids need an education. I think godlings and paragon humanoids are common on Outer Planar High.

"My daddy is the Archmage of High Qondorr."
"My daddy eats arch-mages for breakfast."
"My daddy is Hextor."
:D

...Or they borrow their parent's sun-chariot or flying steed to impress their boy/girlfriend....

We simply must have children of the various mortal heroes. Drizzt's daughter. Elminster's son. They could even fight crime out of school hours!

He's the abandoned son of a powerful Archmage with the ability to cast lots of unique and groovy spells. She's the bastardised half succubus daughter of a scimitar wielding drow. They fight crime!:D

I like. LOL!

That sounds like a fun idea :) Kind of like PS 238 for the extra-planar set.

Just have the papers each parent must sign be some sort of binding magical contract, and that should keep down the more terrible abuses (Luxes Makicaster Theromus, you put Sally's soul back right now or I'll tan your hide!).

I once tried to do a crossover game of GURPS Technomancer and GURPS IOU (thats Illuminati University. if I told you what the O stood for I would have to kill you). It went poorly. I thought it would be a good match since our D&D games were light hearted but I don't think they got the gist of the setting. Not to mention I was a newbie GM trying GURPS for the first time.

But anyway, this sounds cool. Do I need Savage Species to join in?

Lol! If this is a PBP Game, count me in :) I agree with the houses and some sort of sport event game, it should be quite humorous indeed. Perhaps we could start multiple threads, 1 main one + other ones for each respective school, just a thought.

Sigil sounds fine, perhaps the Lady of Pain has some sort of arrangement that allows other types of outsiders and deity's children.
