Outer Planar High; Pilot

As Craeleric marches along, easily hefting the demonling behind him, he thinks about the silence that hangs between himself and Vandredi. Not literally, of course- a highschool is almost never quiet, let alone silent, and his boots alone make a satisfying click on the hallway tiles- but they aren't speaking. He thinks about this for a minute, and decides that societal norms dictate "socialzing" at this juncture.

"Your a celestial." Click. Click. Click. Societal norms may dictate it, but that doesn't mean he has to like it... or be good at it. He awaits confirmation. Click. Click. Click. Upon getting it, he continues. "We are carrying a fiend." He doesn't wait for an answer. "You might go so far as to say we're lending succor to one." Click. Click. Click. "You see the problem." Not a question.

Vandredi raises an eyebrow at Crealeric's choose of discussion

"Yes, we are, such are the rules. Not that I have to like them. "

Craeleric allows himself a small, satisfied smile. He could get along with this celestial. "Exactly. Those are the rules, whether you like them or not. All society is based on people following rules, like it or not. Stop following rules, and it all goes to anarchy." He looks around the hallways. "We're close." Craeleric is very certain of his place in the world, metaphorically but also spacially.

Edit: I realized I've been spelling my PC's name two different ways: Craleric and Craeleric. Settled on the latter, 'cause that sounds more what I've imagined it sounding like (CRAY-lair-ick). I've gone back and edited my posts, but you can spare yourself that paticular bit of obsessive-compulsive behaivior. :p

Alural sits there watching the board, with everything going in one ear and out the other. I wonder what that celestial is up to...

As Craeleric and Vandredi step into the Healer's Office, they notice a beatiful woman with a tanned skin and bright red hair.
She is wearing a pure white robe, and looks up from her desk.
"Oh dear, what has happened to that poor thing?" She asks, as she gets up and motions to a bed in the corner.

"PE accident," says Craeleric in a deadpan voice. Involving a greatsword is left unspoken.

ooc: I went on vacation... did everyone else too, or did this just die? One way or the other, I wouldn't mind continuing...

As a second note, is the school nurse a White Mage reference? Just a quick geek check.... :)

"Yes, he was slightly overenthusiastic around some of the sporting equipment. "

OOC- nope I'm still round, this game just dropped of my first couple of pages same time some other games I was in died so I thought it was dead.

OOC: Not really, but I can work that one in, thanks for the idea ;)

As you lower Trakko onto the bed, the Red-Haired Woman's melodious voice sounds out, praying to the spirits of the forest and the gods of nature, and she touches her now glowing hands to the deep gash in the Daemonic flesh, which closes instantly.
She turns around, facing Craeleric and Vandredi again. "Was either of you injured? Or any other student?" She asks hurriedly, with a look of great distress on her face.

Craeleric stands to attention in front of the authority figure, but his heart is not in it. In addition to being a Druid (the wilderness was far too disorderly to be productive), the woman was obviously one of those wishy-washy, foolish, emotional types. And Craeleric does not suffer fools gladly.

Unless, of course, courtesy directs him to. No sign of his inner thoughts show in his rigid stature. "No other injuries, ma'am." Then, if the woman says nothing else of importance (a likely occurence, he thinks) and seems to be in no hurry to dismiss them, he will perform a slight breach of protocol and say "Permission to leave, ma'am?"
