Well the real question is does this mean that people won't need Pulp Cthulhu is they planned on using the WoTC book and this one or ?

I haven't seen Pulp Cthulhu, but I'm betting that it'll be just what it says, pulp roleplaying in a universe with the Cthulhu Mythos.

With FK you can do that, and or play in a more generic pulp world, with the likes of Doc Savage, the Shadow, Indian Jones, what-have-you.
