I still use Crooks, Hammer & Helm, Plot and Poison, Manual of the Planes, Monsternomicon, Unearthed Arcana, Tome of Horrors, and Mutants & Masterminds. Slaine and a few others I've gotten rid of. Others, like Book of the Righteous, are good for inspiration for religious things in the campaign.
