Interesting topic, Joe:

Well, just seeing what everyone has on the old top twenty list.

2. Midnight Fantasy Flight Games 5.00 6
6. Tome of Horrors Necromancer Games 4.83 12
9. Manual of the Planes Wizards of the Coast 4.79 14
10. The Book of Taverns Necromancer Games 4.75 8
11. Call of Cthulhu d20 Wizards of the Coast 4.75 8
12. The Tomb of Abysthor Necromancer Games 4.71 7
18. Unearthed Arcana Wizards of the Coast 4.67 6
20. World of Whitethorn 1B: The Village of Oester Open World Press 4.60 5

Of those, I only use ToH and ToA with any regularity. I also own...

15. Starfarers Handbook Fantasy Flight Games 4.70 10
16. Scarred Lands: Ghelspad Sword & Sorcery Studios 4.67 9

...but they're in my box of books to sell, and the 3.5 UA may join them too....

9. Manual Of The Planes
11. Call of Cthulhu d20
19. Unearthed Arcana
22. Nyambe: African Adventures

I budget my book buys carefully and I still refer to all of the above. The remaining top 20 that I could see myself picking up later would be LotN: Vampires, M&M, and a theoretical revised ToH.

I noticed with today's review that Dark Quest's Familiars book has now "split" seven reviews between PDF and book form 4-3. It actually should be 5-2 but grimaryl's review of the PDF was posted in the print section.

This is another reason why I feel that any book that is in both formats should just be reviewed under one lable "Both" or something. This has weakened Malhavoc as well many times.
