Pathfinder 1E Paizo improved? probably a myth

they need to change their policy to say 4 weeks not 2 weeks.
2 weeks means only 50% of their customers will receive on time.
they need someone other than me to tell them how to use mean, mode, and median....
and about confidence intervals...and standard deviation
and...
they won't listen to me.

I live in Argentina and throught the years I subscribed to a number of American magazines (not Dragon, though). It's normal for issues to arrive two or even three months after the day they'd hit the newstands... even though letters or Amazon packages arrive just 10 days after the date they've been shipped on... and even though international shipping charges for magazines are quite high.
I wouldn't blame Paizo on this one... I don't think this problem has anything to do with problems shipping on time in the US. However some magazines offer different international shipping methods... the slow and unrealiable, and the incredibly expensive. There are also some services that give you a PO Box or address in the US, so you can receive stuff there which is later sent by courier... this are somewhat expensive as well... for us poor Argentine people anyway.
