Thank you Paizo for speedy and reliable customer service.

Yes they do - I had a similar experience not once but thrice in the last two months regarding my DRAGON and DUNGEON subscriptions. A simple phone call each time got the lost issues replaced, and my renewal fixed (my renewal somehow "overlapped" in January, so I got two DRAGONs that month - they fixed it by extending my subscription one month).

I hereby recommend that Paizo give David in customer service a raise!

I'm not sure who i spoke with. But they did a good job.

Yanno while i'm at it, i should compliment aol too (shudder).

When i called their customer service with a problem due to charges on my mothers credit card, they gave back the money, AND i got a free month.

Customer Service people seem a lot nicer nowadays :-p

I agree. My conversation was via e-mail instead of phone, but Jeremy promptly sent me a replacement for my Dungeon 108 that never arrived. It came today. Thanks again, Jeremy !

I subscribed to Dungeon, waited several months for the bonus Legions Of Hell from Green Ronin, and figured I had missed out on the "while supplies last". Then I saw on my Dragon blow-in card that they were offering it. I called, and had it three days later.

Paizo indeed rocks steady.
