Thanks, Boz. Being away from the computer for a few weeks I missed that one outright!

edit: I don't see how I missed it. I was back online when that was posted here to ENW. But hot dang! October is soooo far away now. But it's also my b-day month...so my list just got reshuffled!

I guess that is part of what I wanted to know. How often are we going to see these things? Is the purpose of the line to deliver scenarios like "Dark Elf Sanctum" with map boards and miniatures, or is there more to the line? The press release mentioned something like "aids to help a gamemaster in a hurry"*. Does this mean other things like combat wheels, dungeon geomorphs, collections of NPCs and other such fun toys? As a DM with very little time to prepare, I am curious.

*not an actual quote. If this had been an actual quote the emergency broadcast system would give you further instructions.

I hope the metal minis are pre-painted, but I realize they almost certainly will not be.

I don't paint minis, so the unpainted ones would look lame next to the pre-painted plastic ones from WotC.

Still, I'm hopeful for the product itself. Should be neat!

The purpose of the GameMastery product line is to provide a number of different tools for GameMasters to help them save time and provide a better play experience for their group. The "Compleat" products will be released on a regular schedule, and we will have several other sub lines to announce in the GameMastery Line soon. Look for a complete schedule sometime in the next week or two.
