Derrick - you're right - this PrC sucks. 
but your PrC, while proficient in its approach, just doesn't cut it, on first glamce.
Look at the character at the end of their run (after 10 levels) and he has done all that work to be not very good at healing (compared to a cleric) and not very good at fighting (compared to a fighter).
The benefits just don't add up to much.
Kudos for realizing that the Smite and Lay on Hands needed to be more than just one per class level.
Bad use of the term "Divine Might" - that term is most definately taken (see Defenders of the Faith)
