Thank you so much for your feedback Silver Moon. I have basicaly given up on writing the background for this campaign setting because nobody except one of my friends ever replied to it which was very demoralising. I was putting in a hell of a lot of my time for something that nobody could even be bothered commenting on.
Im glad you like Legio, I really enjoyed writing his story. I havent really thought of how Legio would become involved with the church and the PC's, if at all, other than that he would be a high level antagonist. The idea of him being a vampire also crossed my mind because it would be one of the only ways for him to live that long. You could really slot him in just about anywhere, as long as he was evil and opposed the raining monarch, which would be the most obvious way to tie him into a Hextor based conspiracy to overthrow a monarch. Possibly he despises order of any kind because of his past experiances. He could have awoken from centuries of slumber with an entirely different perspective, he may even be good, who knows. The good assassin often makes the most interesting character. He kills because it is all he knows to do, yet with each victim he grows to realise what he is, a monster, and lashes out against those who sought to profit from his lack of humanity.
I have no problem with you using Legio and his background in your campaign and I would be interested to see it. Thanks again for the feedback.
