What you really want to keep an eye out for is Psionics Unbound, our Arcanis psionics book (good for anyone else too!).
It is the result of 6 years of hard-core playtesting in the Living Arcanis campaign. So it doesn't just add to the extant Psionics rules, it is a complete Psionic rulebook. Other Psionic rulebooks are not needed, even if you are not playing Arcanis.

So, this reinvents the psionics system, a la Green Ronin's Psychic's Handbook? I rather like 3.5 psionics as they are now.

I like it a lot too. But alternative can help get those creative juices flowing. Besides, the book is optional.

Yes we will, we do very well at Origins and GenCon. And we also have a huge Living Arcanis slate of events, as well as some great adventures for Witch Hunter: The Invisible World.
