Paragon Powers - what type?

Are paragon powers at will, daily, encounter, yearly, quarterly, what???

And of this is in the PH4E, can someone point me to it?

Each paragon power should tell you what type it is. They also go in a specific format of 11: Encounter, 12: Utility (varies), 20: Daily.
