Is there anything in this book that is not in the Player's Section of the main rulebook? Is there any new materiel? So far no-one has been able to tell me anything about it beside the ad copy.

It has been re-written, but there are no new rules - this book is intended to be a cheap way into Paranoia, without treading on the GM's toes

I figured that it wouldn't have any rules. That would be against the spirit of a Paranoia product for players! So is it just the Player's Section of the main rulebook re-written or is it new background material on the setting from a player's perspective?
