While checking the new download, I noted the legal one, and I'm afraid I have issues with it. The OGC declaration is
Materials offered Murchad's Legacy derived completely from the d20 System Reference Document are Open Game Content in accordance with this license.
Aside from the fact that this isn't english ("Materials offeren in Murchard's Legacy..." or something), you are also not using the "d20 System Reference Document" so technically NOTHING is OGC in your product. Your section 15 shows you use the "System Rules Document", I suspect you are using the "System Reference Document" (no d20 either way); WotC is far too smart to let you use the d20 System trademark even in this circumvential way. Furthermore, it is extremely restrictive and unclear: what is derived "copletely" anyways? What, you had no creative say in the creation of the text, it is completely derived from the SRD?
What you want to do, if I understand you correctly, is to decalre all the text as OGC. So do just that: something like "All the text in this document, except pages xx-xx [the OGL and similar stuff] is released as Open Game Content subject to the conditions of the Open Gaming Licence 1.0a. " Or take a look at a Philip Reeds document, see how the pros do it.

Anyhow, I'm publishing stuff relating to the setting on my site as OGC, based on your intent. I hope to see a better OGC declaration in that pdf upgrade...

(If anyone has notes about my own OGL follies, do tell)

Edit: I Am Not A Lawyer. This is just my uninformed, non-binding, etc., opinion.
