Parrot familiars?

I'm going to add parrots to the familiar list for my pirate campaign. Stats will just reskin the hawk, but I can't figure out a good bonus for a parrot familiar. I'm already planning to give it the ability to speak, like a raven (because parrots have that whole mimicry thing going on) but I should probably have a skill or possibly a save bonus on there too.

Any ideas?

Parrots in my game grant a +3 bonus on Diplomacy checks. I think Perform might be even a better choice, but its of marginal utility and I don't want to deprecate the choice of parrot by giving it a largely useless ability.

For the record, this is my current list:

Familiar Special
Bat Master gains a +3 bonus on Listen checks
Badger Master gains a +2 bonus on Will saves
Cat Master gains a +3 bonus on Move Silently checks
Dog Master gains a +3 bonus on Sense Motive checks
Fox Master gains a +3 bonus on Disguise checks
Hare Master gains a +3 bonus on Run checks
Hawk Master gains day-vision in addition to their normal vision, or a +3 bonus on Spot checks if they already possess day-vision
Hedgehog Master gains a +3 bonus to Scry checks
Lizard Master gains a +3 bonus on Climb checks
Monkey Master gains a +3 bonus on Sleight of Hand checks
Otter Master gains a +3 bonus on Swim checks
Owl Master gains low-light vision in addition to their normal vision, or a +3 bonus on Spot checks if they already possess low-light vision.
Parrot Master gains a +3 bonus on Diplomacy checks
Pigeon Master gains a +3 bonus on Navigation checks
Racoon Master gains a +3 bonus on Open Lock checks
Rat Master gains a +2 bonus on Fortitude saves
Raven Master gains a +3 bonus on Appraise checks
Snake Master gains a +3 bonus on Bluff checks
Toad Master gains +3 hit points
Weasel Master gains a +2 bonus on Reflex saves
1 A parrot or raven familiar can speak one language of its master’s choice as an extraordinary ability.
2 Tiny viper.

Stormwrack huh? I pity I don't have that book, it would probably be very useful for the game. Well, I'll go with that, seems good for pirates.

For the monkey, I'm just adapting it from the Pathfinder SRD. That gives it a +3 to Acrobatics, which looks like a combination of Balance, Tumble, and Jump. So I changed it to Tumble.

Apparently, +3 Tumble is exactly how monkey familiars worked in Dragon#341. Congrats on your oracular vision!

I figured Jump wouldn't be that useful for the campaign, so that left Balance or Tumble. Balance does have its uses for climbing on the masts and rigging and such (and plank walking!), but Tumble has a lot of good generic combat applications.
