Partial Charge

Where/what are the rules for this? I've seen it referenced on numorous tables but can't find any text on it.

Same as a regular charge, except you only move up to your speed, not double your speed. It is limited by the nature of a partial action. You do not ordinarily choose a partial action, only when you must, like during a surprise round or performing the Ready action.
