I'm actually hoping they don't run, that they go through and at least discover the mysteries and intereting bits they can discover on this adventure. Its possible to go through it and avoid the giants if they are smart....well, the dwarf just got new heavy armor...so, its possible for them to abandon the dwarf and sneak around while the dwarf serves as a clanking distraction....

That wasn't me, that was Ironwolf, who was the DM at the time. I've only killed one person and that was because his wife wanted him to die.
