Yes, but whereas Epic feats are used in Epic games, Savage Species feats are used in pre-epic games.Whats to hate about it exactly? Some of the stuff there seems alot less cheap than most epic feats.

Beguiler is a pretty adept choice. Almost like an arcane rogue without sneak attack. It's pretty decent on the tier grid as well so it's got that going for it.
What role does the NPC party serve? What is their agenda?
Beguiler, Cleric, Druid, Wizard, Wizard.
Party makeup? Leave it to the rouge.
Druid, Druid, Druid, Druid, Wizard.
8 Melee characters, 4 Tanks, 4 Divine Casters, 1 Arcane Caster,
Party of 9 total with Animal Companions.
If you had Bo9S on your list I would have suggested a Bo9S character instead of a duplicate spell caster.
My take would have to be Archivist, Artificer, Druid, Druid, Wizard. One Druid goes into Planar Shepherd, the other stays Druid, Wizard goes into Incantatrix and Archmage. Archivist and Artificer stay where they are.
The Sleep spell, for starters. Why two Wizzes, especially at lowers levels?
Burning Man.Okay, you come up with the reason FOUR druids are travelling together.

Burning Man.
I dunno about different affinities, but Dragon Magic p.5-10 has variants on all the base races with added dragonblood subtypes. There is a version for each of the basic races, each tied with a different dragon.Somewhere, I remember seeing something about how the different metallic dragon races had affinities for different humanoid races. May have been back in 1e or 2e for that matter. any help?
