Path of Magic, anyone?

I'm not sure what you mean, Tsyr, but the magical traditions are just like the schools of combat from Path of the Sword.

Every Path book will have some common elements:

Prestige and Legendary classes
Organizations
"Schools" of some kind
Feats

Actually, they do have schools of magic like the fighting schools in Path of the Sword, they are just called Traditions. I believe I mentioned that in my extremely small and limited overview.
Most of the new rules went to Bards, really, which delights me but I know that's not everyone's bag.

Ahhhhh, now that I know it's there I saw it. For some reason I didn't notice that the first time.

I'm actualy a bit dissapointed, from that preview... I had hoped they would have things like in Path of the Sword... "schools" of magic with new rules and stuff... not just prestige classes and feats.

Cool! I thought that the schools detracted from PotS, doing something that they should have been doing with PrC. If the prestige classes are as well executed as the ones in the PotS (hint: excellent), I think it will be a great book!
