Anyone know of any good character builders on Mac or iOS?

I use Pathbuilder on Android. Not sure if it's on iOS. Worth a look?

It isn't (the developer doesn't have any apple devices to build it with, or the resources to do so), though you could always run it through a virtual machine, or a wrapper like wine

Pathbuilder 2E is excellent. All my players use it. I use it to quickly create humanoid NPCs in the absence of official NPC stat blocks for bandits, cultists, etc

I hope your GM doesn't buy that as a reason for not being prepared
