The <strong>Jotunborn</strong> are described as a "massive" new option for players to use, and are a new kind of giant that hail from an "alternate plane of existence." Jotunborn tend to giant beetles whose silk is used to create glowing subdermal ritualistic markings. In the aftermath of the War of the Immortals and the Godsrain (resulting from the death of Gorum, the god of war), some Jotunborn are now trapped in Pathfinder's campaign setting of Golarion.</p><p></p><p>A new adventure path called <strong>Hellbreakers</strong> was also announced, which will follow a war between the democratic country of <strong>Andoran</strong> and the devil-backed nation of <strong>Cheliax</strong>. The war kicks off with the assassination of a foreign dignitary. Pathfinder adventure paths often result in massive changes to the status quo of Cheliax, so this could mark the end of one or both major countries, which have long loomed large over the Inner Sea region. </p><p></p><p><em>Battlecry!</em> will be released this summer, while <em>Hellbreakers</em> will be released in early 2026.</p></blockquote><p></p>
