D&D 3E/3.5 pathfinder classes in 3.5

Working on a setting for E6 and the pathfinder base classes really caught my eye. I think it would give the players a bit more distinction since they get something every level. I don't really want to spend the time converting/teaching pathfinder rules(not that it's much different, but enough for me to be lazy about).
Can you folks see any issues i would have if i just replaced the PHB base classes with the pathfinder ones and called it good? keep in mind this is E6 so we don't need to worry about high level problems.

They are a bit stronger, may be you should give above average hp to monsters, between 75% and 100% per hd.

 They're not that much stronger.

Just beware certain potential issues (depending on whether you use PF spells, or 3.5, just for example) - the first that springs to mind is the "Orisons at will" thing. If you are using 3.5 spells, it could play out very differently than the PF version, in this particular case.

It's easy enough to compare with, say, d20srd.org (classes) and d20pfsrd.com (classes).

Personally, I recommend giving Pathfinder a go - it really does have a lot (other than classes) going for it. But I'll leave it there; to each their own.

I think I would strongly consider just switching to Pathfinder/E6 instead of trying to mash bits from 3.5 and Pathfinder and E6 together. While it might seem easy at first I suspect it might lead to having to make many more house rule type decisions as unexpected issues come up.

It seems if you like the Pathfinder classes better a wholesale move to E6/Pathfinder might at least provide a framework for adjudicated rules decisions. Possibly a bit of a learning curve up front but a better basis for future rule decisions.

Skills are slightly different.

Wizards and sorcerers are bumped up a bit, they were powered down in their spells a bit but their class features are bumped up (d6 HD, extra class powers, unlimited cantrips). Not so big a deal for the levels of E6.

Note that rogues in pathfinder sneak attack more than in 3.5 because undead and constructs and plants are not immune to crits in PF. PF rogues will be less powerful in normal 3.5 if a lot of undead and constructs come up.

If you replace every class it should be fine.

If you're as lazy as you say ... just do it,

I think the players will be more powerful in the end, but no so much so they'll ruin a game.

(might want to give monsters some more hp or simply max hp)

Except Bard who is more limited in Music/day (before you can Inspire Courage all day with 1 use usually especially at 1st since you arely have any spells), but I guess they are mostly stronger.
