Pathfinder 1E Pathfinder Kingmaker background traits conversion

I've converted the background benefits from the Pathfinder Adventure Path: Kingmaker Player's Guide (a free download: http://paizo.com/store/downloads/pathfinder/adventurePath/v5748btpy8dqh) to 4th edition. I tried to make these benefits more powerful than the general background from the PHB2: they should be more in line with the campaign specific backgrounds from the Forgotten Realms or Scales of War.

Any feedback is appreciated!

Bastard: You gain a +1 bonus to Diplomacy and Intimidate checks for each milestone you have reached since your last extended rest. In addition, you receive a +1 bonus to saving throws to end effects that daze, dominate, or stun you.
Brigand: You add Streetwise and Thievery to your class skill list, and you gain a +1 bonus to Streetwise and Thievery checks. In addition, you begin play with an additional 100 gp.
Issian: You add History and Insight to you class skill list, and you gain a +1 bonus to History and Insight checks. In addition, you gain a +1 bonus to saving throws against fear and illusion effects.
Noble born
Garess: You add Dungeoneering to you class skill list, and you gain a +2 bonus to Dungeoneering checks. When you use the walk action, you can ignore 1 square of rocky difficult terrain during the movement.
Lebeda: You add Diplomacy to you class skill list, and you gain a +2 bonus to Diplomacy checks. You also know one additional language, chosen from Dwarven, Elven, Hallit, Giant, and Skals.
Lodovka: You add Athletics to your class skill list, and you gain a +2 bonus to Athletics checks. When you roll an Athletics or Endurance check to swim, tread water, or hold your breath, you can threat a d20 roll of 2-7 as if you had rolled an 8.
Medveyd: You add Arcana to you class skill list, and you gain a +2 bonus to Arcana checks. Once per encounter, you can reroll a failed saving throw against a charm effect.
Orlovsky: You add Stealth to you class skill list, and you gain a +2 bonus to Stealth checks. You receive a +1 bonus to saving throws to end effects that immobilize or restrain you.
Surtova: You add Bluff to you class skill list, and you gain a +2 bonus to Bluff checks. The first time you hit a creature that has not yet acted during an encounter, that creature takes 2 extra damage.
Pioneer: You add Nature and Perception to your class skill list, and you gain a +1 bonus to Nature checks and Perception checks. In addition, you begin play with a riding horse.
Rostlander: You add Endurance and Heal to your class skill list, and you gain a +1 bonus to Endurance and Heal checks. You also gain two additional hit points.
Sword Scion: You add Intimidate to you class skill list, and you gain a +2 bonus to Intimidate checks. You gain proficiency in longswords and when you wield a longsword as a weapon, it has the brutal 1 property.
