D&D 3E/3.5 Pathfinder + other 3.5 inspired products

I'm aware Pathfinder can be mixed with D&D 3rd Edition. How difficult is it to mix Pathfinder with products which were derived from, but may not necessarily be the same thing as 3.5? I currently have two products which I am considering.

The first is The Dungeons of Castle Blackmoor. Being that Blackmoor does not make what I would consider to be significant changes to 3.5 (as it's just a campaign setting,) I foresee no problems. I am a little unsure of how to read some of the CR ratings though. Blackmoor says it is a little tougher than typical 3.5 adventures. At the same time, I am aware Pathfinder PCs are tougher than 3.5 PCs. So, should I just run things as is?

The second is Iron Heroes. Iron Heroes is more of a departure from 3.5, so I am unsure how easily it would be to mix it with Pathfinder. I'm mostly curious about the prospect because of IH's different take on magic.

I'm interested in hearing whether or not others have mixed other products with Pathfinder, and how successful (or not) the attempts were. I'm new to Pathfinder, and I am enjoying the game. I'm just looking at a few of my old books and asking myself how easily I can import their material into Pathfinder.

I like Arms & Equipment Guide (3.0 instead of 3.5, but still different). I am also fond of Traps and Treachery I & II from the Legends and Lore series. And then there is the Airships supplement from Bastion Press, some neat stuff to go with the vehicle rules from Ultimate Combat. Other resources with some good ideas are Alternity: Tangents, All Flesh Must Be Eaten, X-Crawl, Etherscope and Dragonmech if you want to indulge in steampunk fantasy. Dragonstar could go a long way if updated for Pathfinder as well.

For most things, I think that would work fine. But if you have the PF Bestiaries (or want to copy-paste from the online PF SRD), consider replacing the OGL creatures in Blackmoor with the PF versions. Their CRs should usually be preserved but the monsters updated to fit with PF a little better. At the very least, they'll already have their CMB and CMD calculated and they'll have more feats based on PF's faster feat acquisition schedule.
