I don't see any movement towards breaking those caps.

Apparently you haven't heard of the super-secret 4E splat that details levels 31-40, where characters become so powerful, they break the 4th Wall. It's very Morrison-ish.

On topic, I've never made a character up to epic level before. Usually around level 20, I'm ready to start fresh with someone else.
